Top Seven Favorite Heroines From Books
1. Rose from Vampire Academy
Because she was such a strong woman that I can look up to.
2. Lissa from Vampire Academy
3. Sydney from Bloodlines
4. Meg Stiles from Johnny be Good
Hilarious person.
5. Anastasia Steele Fifty Shades of Grey
Because. She was the kind of person I know I'll never desire to be but I just liked her.
6. Fern from Making Faces by Amy Harmon
Such a sweet person who never looked at other peoples' misgivings and instead focuses on their good side.
By the way that book was awesome and made me cry so much totally a must read!
7. Freda from Painted Faces
Someone who can say anything to anyone without being afraid of what people would say.
Yes, that's all it. What are yours? :D
I loved Anastasia in Fifty Shades - she very nearly made my list, but not quite! :-)
ReplyDeleteI think I will respectfully disagree with Anastasia Steele one. I just thought she took way too much crap from Christian. But I agree with your other names. :)
ReplyDeleteI love Rose from the Vampire Academy series. I think it's one of my favorite YA series. :)
ReplyDeleteMaking Faces is on my tbr, but I'm afraid to read it. I'm not in the mood for an ugly cry kind of book these days. lol

ReplyDeleteI haven't read any of these books, but I'll have to check them out! :)
ReplyDeleteRose was a good character and I liked her a lot. The only reason she didn't make my list is because I never finished the series. My friends filled me in on what I missed though!

Rose is a great character - so nice to see her on someone's list! And she develops really well throughout the series.
ReplyDeleteLissa I was never as keen on - it seemed a bit one-sided that particular friendship - although I certainly didn't dislike her.
Anastasia - well, I'll also respectfully disagree on that one. Glad you liked her but I confess that she annoyed me so much that I threw the book across the room (more than once). LOL
Nice list.
Lynn :D
I've only read the first Vampire Academy book, but I loved both Rose and Lissa. I especially liked the friendship between them, and the fact that they're both such strong characters. :D
ReplyDeleteI just started the first Vampire Academy book and I already love Rose! I love their friendship the most I think. =)

As you see on my blog I also have Rose and Sydney. They're both awesome! I like Meg Stile as weel, though, I haven't read Johnny Be Good but Baby Be Mine, where she was little bit depressing dealing with all her problems! But she's fun and great too.
