Leaving her small town behind, Bethany Casse moves to Chicago in search of a new life. Working at a top financial bank brings her into contact with two men who are as different as night and day.

Kent Plack, heir to Plack Industries, has no interest in being with a woman for longer than one night. A spoiled and lazy man-whore, he is completely content with his playboy lifestyle, and Beth is surprised when they form an unlikely friendship.

Brian Burcham, a finance banker, is gorgeous and respectful. A man plucked from Beth’s dreams, he is definite husband material. Unfortunately, Beth has a hard rule against dating coworkers, but Brian is determined to change her mind.

When a deadbeat mother and money problems follow her to Chicago, Beth is offered a solution that could fix everything. Marrying for money seems simple enough, but when lines become blurred, Beth faces difficult choices, making her realize that the easy way out just made her life even harder than before.

I don't know what I wanted before but I do now. I know I want you Without you I'm not complete. I'm not whole. There's this void. It wasn't there before I met you, but now it is.

Marry me for Money is the debut novel of Mia Kayla and it is the perfect blend of humor, passion and love. I have been searching high and low for the perfect marriage-of-convenience book and this was it!

Mia wanted to leave her small town life and start anew in Chicago. There she meets Kent who later on became one of her best friends and then there's Brian who she's sure is the perfect man for her. But when her deadbeat mother emerges with numerous debts, she doesn't know what to do. When Kent offers to pay all her debts and all she needs to do is marry him and divorce him after a month. Easy right? But when her feelings start to change, something that started so easy would may leave her with a broken heart.

This book was just so perfect!

Mia was such a refreshing character with her what-you-see-is-what-you-get attitude and the way she doesn't care about what she looks like.

Kent was an asshole in the first parts of the book but he turned out to be loyal friend for Mia and he turned out to be one a really great guy. Brian was such a sweet guy who was willing to do anything to make Mia happy and that was an admirable character.

This book was funny, passionate and just the perfect book to read if your looking for a book with a happy ever after.

Received this book from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.
