Top Ten Tuesday is an awesome weekly meme created by The Broke and Bookish where each week they post a new Top Ten list on various bookish things.
This is the very first time I participated and I am so excited! I love making a list of my favorite and I felt Top Ten Tuesday is perfect for me. So I'd just get to it!
The question for this week is:
Top Ten Characters You Wish Would Get Their OWN Book
1. Nix from Kresley Cole's The Immortals After Dark series. I know she'll have her own book but it's taking forever to come
2. Peter Van Houten from The Fault In Our Stars. Since he was so bitter and I would want to know what made him that way.
3. Lucifer from the Blue Blood series by Melissa De La Cruz. I want to know more about what drove him into doing what he did.
4. Minnie Bloomwood from the Shopaholic series by Sophie Kinsella. She's already a shopaholic at a very young age.
5. Brennus from The Premonition series by Amy Bartol. He already had some POVs but I want a whole book dedicated to him since he's bad and hot!
6. Athena from Gods and Monsters series by Kelly Keaton. She was the villain in most of the series but I feel what she did was justified since her baby was stolen.
7. Jay from the Existence Trilogy by Abbi Glines. He was the soul mate of Pagan. No more explanations needed.
8. The Hag from Immortals After Dark series. She was a fey who was cursed and she started out ugly but in fact was really beautiful. Who wouldn't want to know her story?
9. Hunter from Billionaire Boys Club series by Jessica Clare. He has a few POVs throughout the book Beauty and the Billionaire but I would like to have a separate book from his POV
AND THE LAST ONE IS...
10. Christian Grey. Although he does have some POVs throughout the book here and there a separate book dedicated just for him would be amazing. Since he does aim to please. ;)
What's your Top Ten this week?
Oh YES to Peter van Houten. His story would be equally tragic, I think...and I did hate him, but, hey bad things happened in his life. (Not that it's an excuse to be as horribly cruel as he was.) But I would've looooved to read his story too! *nods*
ReplyDeleteI hope you like TTT! I adore this meme. Writing lists?! What could be better?! :))
Here's my TTT!
OOh Athena would've been interesting! I read that series what feels like forever ago with many books in between, so my mind is really scattered brain on it!
ReplyDeleteHere's my Tuesday Post
Have a GREAT day!

ReplyDeleteYes to Peter van Houten! He's such an intriguing character, he was terrible but he had such a difficult past. I would love to read his story too! The only other book I've read is 50 Shades, and I didn't like it at all so I'm passing for this one. Great list!
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by my post and following me! (I followed you back (;)
El @ So Bookalicious
It's true, you really don't know why Peter Van Houten is such a terrible person! I'd like to know as well.
ReplyDeleteYour list reminds me of the fact that there are so many books out there that I haven't read. It's a great list!
I can definitely get behind Nix! Who on earth is Cole going to dream up for NIx though? It's going to be one hell of a book:0)!
ReplyDeletePeter van Houten! Me too! I want a book for him too, because, like you said, what made him so bitter? Oh and now that I think about it: I would also like to read a copy of HIS book. The one that Hazel and Augustus loved so much. That would be cool!
ReplyDeleteAlthough I haven't read any of these books except Blue Bloods, they all sound really good! I agree Lucifer should get his own book, it should be really interesting! Great picks and happy reading. Thanks for stopping by!
ReplyDeleteErica@ Read It. Note It.
ZOMG! I want Nix's book too! Fingers crossed that it comes soon!
ReplyDeleteI didn't love the book but I would still like to read a book from Van Houten's POV. He was interesting and though bitter probably my second favorite character from the book.
ReplyDeleteI haven't actually read a lot of books on your list but great post! Hope you like this meme. I only did it a couple of times but making lists is so much fun! :)
My TTT
Welcome to the TTT family! :)
ReplyDeleteI actually haven't read any of the books, but Blue Bloods has been on my radar for a while!
I would probably read a book from Brennus's POV even though I don't want him to end up with Evie at all (hehe). Nice picks.
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting my TTT. Following back :)

Interesting choices! Peter van Houten is so disagreeable, but it might be interesting to find out how he became the man we meet in TFiOS. Christian Gray... well, I wouldn't mind hearing more about his childhood and his early experiences pre-Ana. Nice list!
ReplyDeleteOh! I history of Peter Van Houten would be a good book to read! I haven't read most of the other books but they sound like a good time.
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by my TTT.
Alex @ The Book Banner
I can definitely get behind Peter having his own book! That would be one interestingly twisted book...
ReplyDeleteLaura @BlueEyeBooks
Peter van Houten would be such a good one, but can you imagine how dark and awful that story would be too? I mean, yes, I kind of hated him, but I felt so sorry for him too, he was such a disaster! Glad you joined the TTT fun :)
ReplyDeleteOh I forgot about Jay! I would love to see his story since things did not go as planned for him and Pagan. Great list!
ReplyDeleteTeresa @ Readers Live A Thousand Lives
Oh my gosh! I would kill for a Peter Van Houten book!!!! That one choice on your list totally outdoes my entire list. Haha.
ReplyDeleteAlexandra @ SleepsOnTables
I haven't read all of these books, but from your comments on the characters, I should check them out!
ReplyDeletePeter van Houten would be awesome o_O *kicks self for not including him*
- Connie @ The YA Book Thief
Oh, I didn't even think about Peter Van Houten, but I agree, that would be awesome.
ReplyDeleteRachel @ the NerdHerd Reads
I've been looking through blogs and I'm so glad I stumbled upon yours! New follower!:)
ReplyDeleteI wish there would be a book based on Peter Van Houten - how awesome would that be?!
- Cambrie @ and so the book begins (http://andsothebookbegins.blogspot.com/)
I agree with Peter Van Houten! He was interesting character and such a tragic backstory but it would still be interesting to know what actually happened and get his point of view.
